What
happens if I need to cancel my registration for a workshop?
You
will need tocontact
us via email stating your registration details
(which have been previously emailed to you upon your registration).
This needs to be recieved by Total Performance Group no
later than 5 days prior to the commencement of the
program to waiver the late cancellation fee.
How
much is the late cancellation fee?
10%
of the workshop investment.
How
and when do I get charged?
A
representative from Total Performance Group will contact
you upon receipt of your registration. You can choose
to pay by cheque or credit card. Your registration to
attend the workshop will not be confirmed until payment
has been received in full at least two weeks prior to
the commencement of the workshop.
What
do I receive when I attend any of the workshops?
All
participants will receive the following as part of their
workshop experience:

x 2 1/2 hour coaching sessions, spaced weekly after
the completion of each program. This coaching sessions
assesses the participants competency to apply the
skills learnt during the program. Role-plays, case
studies and shared experiences form the basis of the
session.
Personal
Performance Report. The faciliator will provide
a detailed participants report outlining improvements,
competencies and recommendations.
Repeat
program. All participants have the ability to repeat
the same program within in the next 12 months free
of charge.
What
does rent to own mean?
The
term "rent to own" means at the end of the 12
month agreed term (where you have invested a monthly payment
consequetively for 12 months), the product is
yours to keep forever!
What
